Welcome to JM Magnets! We are dedicated to delivering your custom photo magnets safely and quickly. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping methods, timelines, and fees.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Production Time: As our magnets are personalized, please allow sufficient time for us to print and pack your memories with care.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays or major sales events, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume.
2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
We ship nationwide to both West (Peninsular) and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
Estimated Delivery Times
- West Malaysia: 3 – 5 business days after dispatch.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5 – 9 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (West Malaysia): RM 8.00
- Standard Shipping (East Malaysia): Calculated at checkout based on weight (starts from RM 12.00).
- Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING across Malaysia on each order valued RM50 and above.
3. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within Malaysia. If you are located outside of Malaysia (e.g., Singapore or Brunei), please contact us directly at admin@jmmagnets.com to check availability.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the courier's website.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. JM Magnets is not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packing your magnets to prevent damage. However, if your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at admin@jmmagnets.com with your Order Number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We will address these on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.
